We are currently seeking a full-time Member Relationship Specialist to join our dynamic team.

POSITION PURPOSE

As a Member Relationship Specialist, you will act as the primary liaison between members and the Credit Union to provide a consultative financial experience both in-person and virtually. You will engage with members to identify their financial needs and recommend tailored solutions that address both their immediate and long-term financial goals. This role is essential in deepening member relationships, expanding wallet share and positioning the Credit Union as a digital-first financial partner. Pay Range Our ideal candidate will make $22.28 to $23.51 for this role. Education High school degree or equivalent Experience A minimum one (1) year of recent experience in customer service, retail, or sales required. Experience in a financial institution is preferred. Hospitality experience is a plus. All offers for employment with InTouch Credit Union are contingent upon the candidate completing a credit check, pre-employment drug screen and the submission of fingerprints in accordance with state and federal law.

Required Availability:

Monday-Friday , 8:15am-5:15pm with rotating Saturdays , 8:45am-12:45pm. (

Note:

the number of Saturdays worked may increase based on business needs. ) Attendance and promptness are pertinent; must be able to work a flexible Monday through Saturday schedule. Ability to identify opportunities by recommending personalized solutions. Knowledge of all financial regulations including Federal Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), Reg CC- Funds Availability, USA PATRIOT Act, etc. Knowledge of digital banking tools is a plus. Demonstrative experience to support revenue through meeting and exceeding sales goals. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in-person and across digital platforms. Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) required.
