The credit union focuses on providing products, services, and technology designed to benefit its members while remaining actively involved in the communities it serves. Position Summary Telco Plus Credit Union is seeking two dependable and flexible Part-Time Floaters to provide branch coverage and member service support. These positions will primarily assist our Tyler-area branches , but employees may be assigned to another Telco Plus location when staffing or operational needs require. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, can adapt to different work environments, and is comfortable providing support wherever needed. What You'll Do Provide teller and member service support at assigned branch locations. Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, check cashing, and other member transactions accurately. Assist with opening and maintaining member accounts in accordance with Credit Union procedures. Assist members with account questions, products, services, and routine problem resolution. Balance cash and maintain accurate transaction records. Identify member needs and provide information about appropriate Credit Union products and services. Follow established security, confidentiality, cash-handling, and operational procedures. Cross-train in teller, account service, and other branch functions as needed. Work cooperatively with different branch managers and teams. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Travel between branch locations when assigned. Perform other duties as needed. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous cash-handling, customer service, banking, credit union, or related experience preferred. Strong customer/member service and communication skills. Ability to work accurately with cash, account information, and documentation. Ability to learn and follow procedures across multiple locations. Dependable, professional, and able to adjust to changing assignments and schedules. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between assigned locations. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required. Schedule & Location This is a part-time position with hours that may vary based on staffing and branch coverage needs . The positions will primarily support the Tyler area , but floaters may be assigned to other Telco Plus Credit Union locations when needed.
