About the Role Kitsap Credit Union is actively hiring for Member Associate I, II and III (Teller/Personal Banker) positions all over the area, including: our Belfair branch. These positions are responsible for creating exceptional member experience while processing transactions, as well as offering and demonstrating all-digital, remote and self-service options.

Banking Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist members with their financial needs and transactions. Identify, develop, and refer business relationships to build market position. Educate and introduce current and new members to new products and services and assist in self-service options. Foster and maintain constructive member relationships. Review and maintain knowledge of products. Understand and recommend products and services based on the member's needs. Participate in sales and community events to contribute to branch and credit union goals. Use effective sales techniques that result in a positive member experience and meet or exceed sales goals. Maintain knowledge and adhere to operational, regulatory, security, and compliance standards. Accept and process all financial transactions accurately. Maintain responsibility and follows proper balancing procedures. Promote and effectively demonstrate digital, remote and self-serve options, with continual education as new products and digital services are introduced. Proactively generate new memberships through branch sales activities. Member Associate I- Junior Teller $22.28
