This role offers exposure to investment management, trading, research, and financial planning within a boutique advisory practice. We custody assets through LPL Financial. We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Financial Advisor Associate who is excited to grow in the advisory profession. This position is ideal for a new CFP® professional or a CFP® candidate with strong analytical skills, excellent client service instincts, and hands-on experience with LPL platforms. Position Details Full-Time or Part-to-Full-Time In-person (Campbell, CA)
Compensation:
$50-$60/hr., based on experience, skills, and values alignment

• High attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks Preferred CFP® candidate or newly minted CFP® professional Experience with LPL CW Rebalancer Familiarity with Redtail CRM Series 7 and 66 helpful but not required Strong interest in investment research and financial planning Responsibilities Support investment management for client accounts Assist with trading, rebalancing, and ongoing account maintenance Update and maintain model portfolios based on advisor direction Monitor client asset allocations and execute rebalancing through LPL systems Conduct investment and portfolio research Support financial planning tasks (data entry, scenario prep, document organization) Prepare meeting materials and follow-up summaries Maintain CRM accuracy and compliance documentation Provide warm, professional client service and communication
Pay:
$50.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
