Wealth Advisor Wealth Advisor Position Overview We are seeking a client-focused Wealth Advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment management for high-net-worth and growing-wealth clients. The Wealth Advisor will build and maintain long-term relationships, develop customized strategies to meet clients financial goals, and act as a trusted fiduciary advisor. This role balances portfolio construction and risk management with broader planning for retirement, tax, estate, and legacy objectives. Key Responsibilities Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients through regular meetings and proactive communication. Develop holistic financial plans tailored to clients goals, including cash flow analysis, retirement planning, tax considerations, and estate planning coordination. Design, implement, and monitor investment strategies and diversified portfolios in line with each clients risk tolerance and objectives. Provide ongoing portfolio review and rebalancing, performance reporting, and recommendations for adjustments based on market conditions and life changes. Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm policies, maintain accurate client records, and adhere to fiduciary standards. Prepare client-facing materials, proposals, and periodic updates; deliver clear, timely answers to client questions. Participate in business development efforts, including prospecting, referrals, and community engagement to grow client relationships and assets under management. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred. Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation strongly preferred. Series 65 license required (or willingness to obtain promptly if not currently held). 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, private client advisory, or a related role supporting high-net-worth clients. Demonstrated knowledge of investment strategies, asset allocation, risk management, and financial planning concepts. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex financial topics clearly to clients. High ethical standards and commitment to a fiduciary approach to advising clients. Proficiency with financial planning and portfolio management software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Morningstar, Orion) and Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple client relationships, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
