What You'll Do As a Financial Professional / Team Leader, you will: Build your own practice while leveraging our infrastructure, mentorship, and reputation. Build and cultivate client relationships through prospecting, consistent communication, and trust-building. Lead with purpose by guiding clients through personalized financial strategies that help them achieve their goals. Guide individuals and business owners in planning for retirement, investments, insurance, and more. Deliver customized solutions based on client goals, income, and life stage. Work independently while collaborating with a network of professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships through outreach, networking, and community engagement
  • Support the development of personalized financial strategies based on individual client situations
  • Learn to present appropriate planning solutions including protection and investments to help clients meet long-term goals
  • Work closely with your team and learn from experienced advisors through collaboration
  • Stay up to date on financial concepts, industry tools, and planning best practices
  • Maintain a strong commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and compliance guidelines What We're Looking For 1+ years of experience in financial services or sales (preferred).
A strong understanding of financial planning, investment principles, and client service. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. Comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM platforms. Preferred Licenses (or willingness to obtain): SIE Series 65 Series 7 Series 66 Compensation & Benefits
  • Contracted Financial Reps are paid a salary (subject to validation based on production) plus additional incentive compensation creating unlimited earnings potential. Additional subsidies are available during your first 4 contract years while you build your clientele, recurring fees and renewal income.
  • Up to $5000 of activity-based bonuses are also available during your first 60 days of Pre-contract activity.
