Job Description

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands-on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing you to execute projects within your area of professional interests. Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th - Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN. The Allied Solutions internship program is designed to provide undergraduate finance or accounting students with a comprehensive overview of the company's operations, business strategies, and organizational culture. As a Finance Intern at Allied Solutions focused on financial planning and analysis and corporate development activities, you can expect to work on a wide range of projects that give you the opportunity to apply finance and accounting principles to real world business problems. Job Duties and Responsibilities Support monthly financial performance reviews, including variance analysis, forecasting, and identification of key business drivers Contribute to the 2028 enterprise planning and budgeting cycle, partnering with FP&A and business leaders to develop the annual plan Gain hands-on corporate development experience by supporting financial due diligence, acquisition modeling, valuation, and financial impact analysis for potential transactions Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic and investment decisions Partner with the FP&A team on reporting and process improvements, including opportunities to improve efficiency and financial insights Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for Finance and business leadership Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA ) Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising J unior or S enior, pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an interest in understanding key business drivers Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial information Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; experience with other Microsoft Office applications Interest in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
