Financial Advisor | Comprehensive Wealth Management Firm A fast‑growing, values‑driven wealth management firm is expanding its advisor team. The firm delivers comprehensive financial management to individual investors and offers a broad, sophisticated range of integrated strategies. With more than $1.8B in assets under management and ambitious growth goals, the team is seeking a Financial Advisor who is committed to exceptional client service and long‑term relationship building. This is a local, in‑person, in‑office position. Burlington, MA About the Role As a Financial Advisor, your primary focus is delivering an outstanding client experience - retaining assigned clients and bringing new clients into the firm. You'll be supported by robust systems, ongoing training, mentorship, and a dedicated investment team that manages all portfolios, allowing you to concentrate fully on client relationships. Key Responsibilities Build, expand, and manage client relationships Assess client needs, goals, and financial objectives Prepare and present financial analyses and plans Act with professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset Continuously expand your financial knowledge and best practices Attend client events hosted by the firm Prepare and process back‑office paperwork as needed Complete tasks and maintain records in the firm's CRM (Salesforce) Explain account details, investment strategies, and performance to clients Requirements Minimum 3 years of client‑facing advisor experience (or military equivalent) Securities licenses: SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 State Life Insurance license (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Clean compliance record CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Strong communication skills - individual and small‑group settings High‑touch customer service background Consultative sales experience Bachelor's degree Desire to pursue a CFP designation Military experience a plus What It Takes to Succeed A servant‑leader mindset - always putting clients first Excellent written and verbal communication Professional presence, punctuality, and strong work ethic Relentless follow‑up and commitment to client satisfaction Outstanding organization and time‑management skills Ability to assess situations proactively and work independently Strong prioritization skills and poise under last‑minute changes Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k), health insurance, and more.
