We are seeking a Financial Advisor who is entrepreneurial, personable, financially savvy, and passionate about empowering clients to feel informed, supported, and confident about making decisions for their financial futures.
Responsibilities Build the business:
Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking, seminars, educational events, and disciplined CRM follow-up.
Understand the client:
Lead discovery conversations and needs analysis covering goals, risk tolerance, retirement timelines, and broader financial priorities.
Deliver tailored solutions:
Present clear, customized strategies spanning retirement income, investments, insurance, annuities, asset accumulation, and estate planning.
Build lasting relationships:
Provide proactive reviews, consistent communication, timely follow-up, and a true white-glove client experience.
Operate with integrity:
Maintain accurate documentation, follow compliance and industry standards, and complete required licensing and continuing education. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Active FINRA licensing (such as SIE and Series 65) plus Life & Health Insurance licensing, or willingness to obtain required licenses within the designated timeframe. Ideally, 2+ years of client-facing financial services, sales, or B2B business development experience with a track record of achieving goals. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and financial planning software.
