Position:

Assist patients with billing inquiries and concerns while ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of billing regulations, HIPAA compliance, and claim denial reasons. Collaborate with self-pay vendors and support the Financial Counselor as needed. Handle clinic receipts, including bank deposits and data entry, with precision and efficiency.

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or GED required. Junior college or vocational school coursework preferred. Relevant job-related experience considered. Basic computer proficiency. Strong communication skills.
