Summary :
The Associate Advisor is a proactive and detail-oriented professional who supports the Wealth Management team in delivering exceptional service to both existing and prospective clients. This role works closely with Advisors to address clients' asset management and financial planning needs. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, designing financial strategies, developing and applying financial plans, and assisting with portfolio implementation. The Associate Advisor plays a critical role in enhancing the client experience and ensuring the seamless execution of financial solutions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support Advisors in all aspects of financial planning and portfolio management. Create and update financial plans and investment proposals for clients and prospects. Prepare materials for client meetings and ensure thorough coordination with internal teams. Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, and manage all follow-up activities. Initiate and respond to client inquiries regarding strategies, accounts, and portfolios. Process new client accounts, distributions, and other financial transactions. Monitor and rebalance client portfolios to maintain target allocations. Liaise with clients' attorneys, accountants, and other professionals as needed. Maintain and update client records in CRM systems; ensure accurate documentation. Schedule and assist in the preparation of annual and ad-hoc client meetings. Track and report on account opening and asset transfer progress. Run and review account maintenance reports on a regular basis. Ensure timely execution of Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs). Collaborate with Wealth Managers and Client Service team members to deliver exceptional service to all individuals. Assist with client data consolidation and administrative tasks. Participate in special projects and problem-solving initiatives, as needed. Engage in ongoing professional development, including industry meetings and certification programs. Abilities:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both clients and internal team members. Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Proactive in anticipating client and team needs and delivering timely, thoughtful solutions. Demonstrated project management and consulting capabilities, with attention to detail and follow-through. Commitment to accuracy and high-quality work, even under tight deadlines. Excellent time management, organizational, and decision-making skills. Clear and effective written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM systems, portfolio management tools, or financial planning software is a plus. Four-year College Degree Financial Service Experience Preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registration:

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $81,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location.
