Familiarity with securities law, FINRA regulations, and industry compliance standards Strong background in tax experience related to corporate finance Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. Proficiency in financial software tools and technical accounting practices. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly Ability to analyze market data and provide strategic investment recommendations Conduct in-depth financial assessments to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities.
