Role Description The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY, responsible for delivering exceptional luxury retail experiences and building lasting client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include welcoming clients, presenting Marina B collections, providing informed product guidance, and supporting clients through the purchase and after-sales processes. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling inquiries in a professional and timely manner. The Client Advisor will also assist with client outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up, as well as collaborate with the team on in-store events and visual merchandising to uphold brand image.
