First Six Months The first six months will include an intensive, primarily in-person coaching and development program.
The program will focus on:
Business-owner planning concepts Prospecting and relationship development Market positioning and warm-network development Meeting preparation and execution Case development Pipeline management Activity and conversion tracking Licensing and professional development Building a disciplined weekly operating rhythm This opportunity requires consistent execution. Success will depend on your willingness to learn, follow the process, speak with prospective clients, and improve through coaching. Who We Are Looking For The strongest candidates will have: At least three years of experience serving enterprise or small-business markets A background in financial services, banking, consulting, accounting, insurance, employee benefits, B2B sales, entrepreneurship, or a related field Strong personal and professional networks An independent and ownership-minded approach The discipline to follow repeatable processes The ability to build trust with business owners and senior decision-makers A willingness to be coached and measured against clear activity standards The financial ability to manage the initial business development period Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship The ability to satisfy applicable licensing, registration, background review, contracting, and compliance requirements Prior wealth management experience is helpful but not required.
