Research Full Job Description Description:

The Trust Associate will perform a wide variety of tasks related to the administration of fiduciary accounts at the direction of their assigned Trust Officer. Successful candidates for this role will have strong analytical skills, a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, robust technological and communication skills, enjoy seeking out new information and synthesizing findings, excellent time management, a focus on attention to detail, the ability to maintain confidentiality and treat colleagues and clients with respect, and an interest in developing collaborative relationships.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Providing daily administrative support to Trust Officers Inputting client bills and invoices for payment Communicating with clients, professional advisors, and vendors Preparing reports and memos Drafting communications, presentations, and reports, Completing forms, applications, and other documents, Researching and summarizing various topics as requested, Provide calendaring and meeting support, Special projects as needed, Using CRM system to track and complete account related tasks Managing fiduciary risk; following policies and procedures.

Requirements:
Required:

At least two years' customer service experience in a professional setting.

Preferred:

Associate's degree Prior experience with trusts and estates. Certified Paralegal or Paralegal experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
