Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Advisor, based @ our HQ - Bell Works in Holmdel, NJ with flexibility for some remote work. The Financial Advisor will provide personalized financial planning and investment advice to individuals and businesses with the support of a Senior Advisor Team. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial information, developing tailored strategies, delivering tailored solutions, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The role will also involve educating clients about financial products, explaining investment options, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualification:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships Interest in financial planning, investment advisory services, and retirement planning, wealth management Passion for helping others, grit and determination are highly desirable Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Series 7 and Series 66 (or equivalent) licenses are strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is preferred Some experience in the financial services industry is a plus such as an internship
