Duties Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial status, including estate planning, tax considerations, and investment objectives. Develop tailored financial plans that incorporate securities law compliance, estate planning strategies, and wealth management techniques. Provide expert advice on investment management, portfolio diversification, cash management, and banking services to optimize client assets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, including SEC standards and securities laws, ensuring all recommendations adhere to legal requirements. Manage ongoing client relationships through regular communication, portfolio reviews, and updates on market trends and financial concepts. Utilize advanced financial software and research tools to analyze market data and support sound decision-making in investment advisory services. Skills Extensive knowledge of financial markets, investment strategies, and asset management principles. Strong understanding of securities law, SEC regulations, and industry compliance standards. Proven experience practicing in the securities industry with a focus on wealth management or financial advisory services. Expertise in estate planning, wills, trusts & estate law to advise clients on asset transfer strategies. Proficiency in financial analysis, research methods, and technical accounting practices relevant to the industry. Excellent client relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively. Familiarity with financial software platforms used for portfolio management and client data analysis. Pay:
$45,798.09 - $67,670.81 per year
