Pay & Schedule $40-45/hr based on experience Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM On-call rotation as needed, with occasional after-hours support Qualifications Active RRT, CRT, or RN license required (Respiratory Therapists strongly preferred) High school diploma or GED required Valid driver's license with clean driving record Reliable personal vehicle required Must reside within approximately 30 minutes of Mt. Arlington, NJ Responsibilities Conduct in-home patient assessments and clinical evaluations Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory equipment, oxygen therapy, ventilators, and prescribed treatments Adjust ventilator settings per physician orders and patient assessments Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues Provide ongoing patient follow-up and telephone support Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation Field-based role covering Mt.
