Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you'll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, modeling, and reporting for a defined set of internal entities, while contributing to process improvement and technology initiatives across the team. What you'll be doing Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for a defined set of internal entities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles Build and maintain 3-statement financial models (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) with a high bar for accuracy and auditability Prepare executive reporting packages and management dashboards that turn financial data into clear, decision-ready narratives for senior leadership Support the annual operating plan process, gathering inputs and preparing consolidations in close partnership with the FP&A team Contribute to a multi-year strategic planning process, building financial projections, scenario analyses, and sensitivity models Partner directly with department heads on financial analyses that inform operational and investment decisions, and present findings to senior leadership Own planning and reporting within the team's CPM platform, while actively applying AI tools and automation to improve how the team works day to day Build reporting and visualizations using tools like Power BI or Tableau, and contribute as a knowledgeable participant in broader ERP and finance transformation initiatives underway Collaborate closely with Accounting on month-end close, intercompany reconciliations, and GL integrity, ensuring GAAP compliance throughout What we're looking for 5-8 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or Big 4 advisory; candidates coming from large, complex, multi-entity corporate environments with global exposure are also a strong fit Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA or MBA a plus Hands-on experience independently building and maintaining complex 3-statement models, with advanced Excel skills Exposure to modern CPM or ERP platforms (such as OneStream, Workday Adaptive, or Microsoft Dynamics 365), and a genuine interest in using technology and AI to improve finance workflows A track record of owning deliverables end to end with a high degree of independence, and presenting confidently to business stakeholders Experience within financial services, private equity-backed, or multi-entity environments is strongly preferred This is a high-visibility seat with a genuine path to promotion for a strong performer, broad exposure across a diverse portfolio of industries, and real autonomy to make an impact from day one! Based in Stamford, CT, with a hybrid schedule of three days onsite. Base salary range of $160,000 to $180,000 +bonus, along with strong medical coverage, a 401(k) match, and an annual professional development budget.
