Position Overview We are seeking a driven, motivated, and relationship-focused individual to join our Thornton office as a full-time Servicing Advisor . This role is designed for someone who is passionate about financial planning and wants to build a long-term career as a trusted advisor. Initially, the Servicing Advisor will work closely alongside Senior Advisors, supporting client relationships and gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of financial planning, investment management, and client service. In this role, you will participate in client meetings, assist with meeting preparation and follow-up, document recommendations and action items, respond to client inquiries, and help ensure clients receive an exceptional experience. You will serve as an important resource for both advisors and clients while learning our planning philosophy and service model. As your experience, licensing, and proficiency grow, you will gradually take on greater responsibility for client relationships, eventually conducting client review meetings independently and managing select client relationships under the guidance of Senior Advisors. This is not a business development or cold-calling role. The primary focus is supporting existing client relationships, delivering an exceptional client experience, and developing the skills necessary to become a trusted advisor over time. This position offers a clear path toward becoming a Lead Advisor and, ultimately, a Senior Financial Advisor within the firm. Key Responsibilities Attend client meetings alongside Senior Advisors Prepare meeting materials and assist with meeting organization Capture meeting notes, recommendations, action items, and follow-up opportunities Prepare and distribute post-meeting summaries and client communications Assist with the implementation of financial planning recommendations Respond to client service requests and coordinate follow-up actions related to account maintenance, planning recommendations, and ongoing client needs Support advisors with ongoing client service and relationship management Client Service & Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions and service requests via phone, email, and Microsoft Teams Coordinate and follow up on client needs to ensure timely resolution Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service Work closely with advisors and operations staff to provide a seamless client experience Professional Growth Develop a deep understanding of the firm's planning process, investment philosophy, and client service standards Participate in advisor training, coaching, and professional development programs Over time, conduct client review meetings independently for select relationships Gradually assume responsibility for managing a segment of the firm's client relationships Team Contributions Contribute to firm initiatives, projects, and process improvements Collaborate with team members across all office locations Support the continued growth and success of Ethos Financial Partners Development & Licensing Support We are committed to helping the right individual build a successful long-term career within our firm.

Long-term professional development may include:
Series 7 and Series 66 licensing Life and Health Insurance licensing BFA™ Certification APMA® designation CFP® certification Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university Strong interpersonal and communication skills High emotional intelligence and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn Strong organizational and follow-through skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Comfortable interacting with clients in person, by phone, and through virtual meetings Professional presence and a client-first mindset Preferred Series 7, Series 66, and Life & Health licenses strongly preferred Two or more years of client service, relationship management, sales, or financial services experience Previous experience in financial planning, banking, insurance, wealth management, or a related field Schedule Monday through
Friday Compensation Base Salary:
$60,000-$75,000
