Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as a Wealth Management Associate at the entry level, where you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their financial goals through personalized advice and comprehensive financial services. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to develop foundational skills in wealth management, financial planning, and client relationship management while gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of financial concepts and legal considerations. As a key team member, you'll support senior advisors by conducting research, preparing financial analyses, and assisting with estate planning strategies, all within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Assist in developing tailored financial plans by gathering client information and analyzing their current financial situation Support senior advisors in managing client portfolios, including asset allocation and investment management strategies Conduct research on securities law, tax regulations, wills, trusts, estate law, and other legal frameworks relevant to wealth management Prepare detailed financial analyses using specialized financial software to evaluate investment opportunities and risks Help coordinate estate planning activities such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney arrangements Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and compliance documentation using customer relationship management (CRM) systems Participate in client meetings to provide support with cash management solutions, banking services, and overall financial services offerings Strong understanding of financial concepts including investment management, portfolio management, and cash flow analysis Knowledge of estate planning tools such as wills, trusts, and estate law principles Familiarity with securities law, tax experience, and regulatory compliance within the financial industry Proficiency in financial analysis techniques and the use of financial software tools Excellent math skills for accurate calculations related to accounting, banking, and asset management Ability to communicate complex financial ideas clearly and effectively to clients Customer relationship management skills to build trust and foster long-term client relationships Basic research skills in areas like public accounting, corporate accounting, and technical accounting practices This entry-level role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in wealth management while making a meaningful impact on clients' financial futures.
