  • which means this role requires zero prospecting. Instead, we need an exceptional advisor who can onboard and serve the families that are already reaching out to us. What We Are Looking For An exceptional advisor ready to step into a high-growth firm and immediately make an impact with a steady stream of new clients
  • no prospecting required. A high-energy, high-caliber advisor who takes full ownership of client relationships and leads meetings with confidence, clarity, and genuine care. A natural team leader who can manage and develop a small team
  • including an Associate Advisor and a Client Service Associate

  • and naturally models that culture for the team they lead.
An individual with 5+ years of experience in financial planning and wealth management, with a strong preference for candidates from the independent RIA space. A person who is humble, fun to work with, listens carefully, and has a proven track record of earning and keeping client trust. Do what you say you are going to do. What You Will Do Lead prospect and client meetings end-to-end
  • from preparation and presentation to follow-up and execution.
Own the client relationship:
serve as the primary point of contact, anticipate client needs, and proactively communicate across life events and planning milestones. Onboard a consistent flow of new clients who are actively seeking our services
  • your pipeline is built for you. Review and present comprehensive financial plans, ensuring every recommendation is tailored, clearly explained, and actionable. Lead and develop your team
  • an Associate Advisor and a Client Service Associate report directly to you.
Report to senior leadership on team performance, client health, and book profitability. Manage Slant CRM at a high level: ensure all client records, follow-up items, and team tasks are accurate and up to date. Track client success metrics and KPIs, and bring insights to leadership to continuously improve the client experience. Attend weekly team meetings and lead one-on-one sessions with your direct reports for training, client management, and development. Requirements Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree CFP® certification (required) Enrolled Agent (EA) Designation (desired) Mindset & Skills Requirements Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • able to build deep trust with clients across a wide range of backgrounds and life stages.
Strong written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex financial concepts for clients. Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a full client book without close oversight. A proven team leader who can manage direct reports and hold a team accountable to high standards. Experience with the following platforms is a plus:
