Operations Associate Why this role matters At Axiom, client experience is everything. As an Operations Associate, you're the engine behind seamless service—coordinating meetings, moving paperwork from "in progress" to "approved," and freeing our advisors to focus on clients. You'll learn how a modern wealth firm runs, support high impact client moments, and grow into training and leadership responsibilities. No finance experience? We'll train you. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and communicate clearly, we'll teach you the rest. You'll learn our systems, industry basics, and best practices—plus we'll support you in obtaining required licenses. The Opportunity As an Operations Associate at Axiom, you'll build real operational breadth—owning everything from scheduling top-tier client meetings and managing birthday campaigns to providing "white glove" service to our clients and supporting our financial planning team. Key Responsibilities Process Service Work Process Ownership Changes on Risk Management Products. Process Policy Loan request and set up repayments. Process Insurance Claims. Manage and monitor overdue payment processes. Assist clients in updating ACH Bank Account information when requested on both risk products and investment accounts. Assist clients in updating Beneficiary information on Life Insurance Contracts and investment accounts. Work with insurance brokers as needed to service client needs with outside carriers. Assist with Case Prep for Meetings - Process Insurance Illustrations and generate Review Meeting Reports. Insurance & Investment Account Processing Work with Client Service Specialist and complete Insurance Applications for submission and send to clients for E-Signature. Schedule Paramedical Exams as needed. Assist Client Service Specialist manage underwriting process, follow-up on outstanding requirements. Prepare policy delivery documents and report to home office. Prepare Investment Account paperwork and send to clients for E-Signatures. Assist Client Service Specialist with Post Account set-up on investment accounts. Review Case Notes prior to completing action. Complete action items efficiently and in a timely manner. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field. Candidate must obtain Health & Life Insurance Licensing within the first 60 days of employment. Series 7 Investment Licensing must be obtained within 18 months of employment ( SIE, Series 7 & Series 63 ). Strong relationship building skills. Must have the ability to multi-task and time management skills to set priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills.Pay:
