Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Relationship focused Understanding customers financial goals, offering tailored solutions to fit their needs. Outbound sales calling, and cross-selling products to new and existing members. Meeting sales targets and financial center goals. Handling of account management, and complex and difficult interactions. Teamwork and collaboration skills that will assist with communicating with other departments to provide referrals as needed. Ensures that customers are educated in how to use the EECU mobile banking as needed. Ensure that a control environment and procedures are followed for the financial centers. Candidates for EECU should possess the following knowledge and skills: One to Three years experience in retail and/or financial industry or related field. Professional, self-starter, excellent communicator, multi-tasker, and strong interpersonal skills, show empathy, active listening skills effective communication, flexibility, energetic and optimistic. Retail sales and financial knowledge are preferred for success in this role. Ability to work at the financial center extended hours and multiple Saturdays. Retail Sales or banking/credit union experience preferred. Must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance. Perform responsibilities with composure under the stress of deadlines / requirements for extreme accuracy and quality and/or fast pace. Must use discretion, effectively handle multiple, simultaneous, and changing priorities. Must be capable of exercising the highest level of discretion on both internal and external confidential matters. College Degree preferred. Able to work extended hours and multiple Saturdays. Monday-Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturdays 9am-1:30pm, Closed Sundays. Flexibility in working other financial centers whenever required or requested by management.
