The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience working directly with high-net-worth clients and the ability to independently manage complex relationships with minimal ramp-up. This individual should bring strong technical knowledge across financial planning and investments, excellent client communication skills, and the organizational ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service. Senior Financial Advisor Responsibilities Serve as the primary advisor for high-net-worth clients, developing trusted relationships and providing guidance across complex financial planning and investment matters. Deliver comprehensive advice related to retirement, tax, estate, insurance, education, charitable giving, asset protection, and elder care planning. Lead and coordinate client initiatives across financial planning, investment management, and client service teams while maintaining accountability for accuracy and quality. Collaborate directly with clients' CPAs, attorneys, estate professionals, and other outside advisors to coordinate and implement financial strategies. Oversee investment-related activities including portfolio construction, market and portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, tax-loss harvesting, cash management, and alternative investments such as private credit, private real estate, and private equity. Senior Financial Advisor Requirements 10+ years of experience serving as a lead advisor with responsibility for high-net-worth client relationships and complex financial planning engagements. Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Accounting, or another related field. CFP® designation required; CPA/PFS, CFA, CIMA, or CPWA designation highly preferred. Advanced knowledge of financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, tax, and estate planning strategies. Experience utilizing financial planning, CRM, and portfolio management platforms such as eMoney, Salesforce, XLR8, Orion, or comparable systems. Senior Financial Advisor Compensation $80K - $120K salary based on experience and qualifications.
