The Role:
AXS is seeking a Premium Services Pricing Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for optimizing sales and revenue through data-driven pricing strategies for ticket inventory, using demand trends, sales performance, and market insights to inform decisions. The position collaborates closely with clients and cross-functional teams to manage inventory, track performance, and make real-time pricing adjustments that maximize revenue and sell-throughWhat You'll Do:
Develop and execute pricing strategies for premium ticket inventory across events and markets to maximize revenue and sell-through Analyze sales performance, demand trends, and customer behavior to inform pricing decisions and optimize outcomes Monitor key performance metrics and adjust pricing and inventory in real time to improve revenue and efficiency Partner with clients to implement pricing strategies and ensure optimal setup and utilization of AXS Premium Services products Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Client Services, Marketing, Data & Analytics) to align pricing, reporting, and go-to-market efforts Generate and deliver performance reports, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders Support continuous improvement by identifying product enhancements, surfacing system issues, and contributing to process and tool optimization Assist in client onboarding and education, including training on pricing tools, reporting, and premium product capabilities Collect key performance and benefit points of AXS Premium Services products and utilize the information to create compelling PowerPoint presentations and one-sheets for potential and current clients.What You'll Bring:
BA/BS Degree (4-year) 2+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, ticketing, finance or a related field (internships included) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends Proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables); experience with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus Interest in pricing strategy, revenue optimization and data-driven-decision-making Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Effective communication skills with the ability to explain insights to a variety of stakeholders Experience in live events, ticketing or the entertainment industry is a plus.Pay Scale:
$70,000- $75,000
Bonus:
This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.Benefits:
