Location:
Medford, NY Job Summary Develops and directs pricing bands for key products or product categories, driving strategies to maximize pricing success. Analyzes market research and customer feedback to identify opportunities for price enhancements. Coordinates with product managers, inside sales and sales to define product price bands & requirements. Key Responsibilities Develops strategy for pricing frameworks, aligning with organizational goals to maximize profitability and market competitiveness. Directs groups to execute pricing initiatives, ensuring alignment across departments and consistency in implementation. Creates actionable insights through data analytics and market research, guiding pricing decisions and strategic priorities. Benchmarks pricing strategies against industry standards and competitor practices, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. Consults on pricing-related challenges and opportunities, providing expert guidance to internal stakeholders to optimize outcomes. Coordinates externally with vendors and partners to align on pricing agreements, terms, and strategies that support business objectives. Advises senior leadership on market trends, pricing impacts, and data-driven recommendations to inform decision-making. Coaches team members on pricing strategies, tools, and methodologies to enhance team expertise and overall effectiveness. Implements systems to streamline pricing operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the accuracy and transparency of pricing processes.
