Job Description
We re looking for a Pricing Manager to develop and drive pricing strategies, instrument change, analyze market conditions, utilize data and analytics, maintain pricing governance and partners with sales, marketing, finance to support pricing and customer orders. - own the development and maintenance of price lists, quotes, and pricing models across Weber's label product lines. Pricing decisions
- set prices for new and existing products; determine discounts, promotions, and pricing tiers; balance profitability against competitive and demand pressures. Major opportunities
- lead pricing for RFPs, RFQs, and complex specialty configurations. Governance
- design, document, and enforce pricing governance: approval thresholds, discount authority levels, exception handling, and a clear audit trail for price changes. Measurement
- define and report pricing KPIs, including price realization against list, margin by product line and customer, quote turnaround time, quote win rate, and price-list currency. Change leadership
- lead the pricing workstream on cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations and process changes: assess impact, build the transition plan, and carry the team through execution. Data ownership
- own the accuracy and completeness of pricing master data, and serve as the pricing point of contact for periodic internal and external reporting and analysis requests. Market awareness
- monitor industry trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior, and translate what you see into pricing action. Issue resolution
- resolve pricing discrepancies and support credit and quote-system questions from internal teams.

- $116,000 and is determined by several factors including but not limited to, relevant work history, years of experience, scope of responsibilities, performance history and demonstrated results.
