POSITION SUMMARY
- The Senior Analyst, FP&A
- Legislative, Initiatives & Pricing Integration supports the tracking, modeling, and financial integration of legislative impacts, new business initiatives, and pricing assumptions into the Network P&L within CVS Health's Pharmacy Services business.
Responsibilities:
- + 30%
- Monitors and tracks state and federal legislative and regulatory changes with financial implications for the Network P&L, including drug pricing legislation and Medicaid reimbursement changes. + 25%
- Builds financial models to quantify the P&L impact of legislative changes, new initiatives, and pricing strategy updates on Network revenue, COGS, and fees. + 25%
- Partners with Network Pricing and Strategy teams to integrate new pricing assumptions and initiative financial impacts into budget and forecast cycles. + 15%
- Prepares reporting and management updates summarizing legislative and initiative-related financial impacts for leadership review. + 5%
- Supports ad-hoc analytical requests and special projects as directed by the Manager.
Education:
- + Bachelor's degree required + Masters degree preferred
REQUIRED SKILLS
- + 3 to 5 years of professional work experience + Financial modeling and planning skills with ability to translate regulatory and policy changes into quantified P&L impacts + Familiarity with healthcare or pharmacy legislative landscape (e.
