Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our team, in a manufacturing environment specializing in radiators, air coolers and oil coolers. This role is critical in developing and maintaining competitive pricing strategies that align with market trend, cost structures and business objectives. Duties Develop and implement pricing models for a range of thermal management products including radiators, air coolers and oil coolers. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to recommend, maintain and update pricing adjustments, develop, prepare and present to managers. Collaborate with sales, finance, and purchasing to ensure pricing strategies support profitable growth. Prepare detailed pricing reports and forecasts for management review. Monitor cost changes in raw materials and production to adjust pricing accordingly. Skills Strong analytic skills and proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Communications Planning and organization.
