Job Description

DS Preservation LLC is actively seeking experienced Property Preservation Vendors and Field Crews to join our growing network. We are looking for reliable contractors who can perform property preservation, maintenance, and repair services while maintaining quality workmanship and meeting client deadlines.

Services Include:

Grass Cuts Debris Removal Lock Changes & Secures Winterizations Maid Services Minor Repairs Eviction Services Property Inspections General Property Maintenance Interior & Exterior Maintenace Requirements:

Experience in property preservation is preferred Reliable transportation and equipment Smartphone capable of taking and uploading photos Ability to follow client guidelines and deadlines Ability to provide before, during, and after photos Insurance is a plus
