Job Description

Job Description One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire a part time Property Administrator to assist with property operations at a commercial office building in Northwest Washington DC. This will be a fully onsite role, working 3 days per week (Monday is mandatory, 2 other days are flexible around scheduling). The hours will be from 9AM
  • 5:30PM.
This individual will be responsible for processing invoices, updating service contracts, working with vendors to ensure that all property related services are executed, and being the main point of contact for tenant requests. They will also be given ad hoc duties to help out with other projects related to the property.   • 2+ years of administrative experience, working in an office setting.
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Computer savvy; must be well-versed in MS Office Suite
  • Previous property management/real estate industry experience
  • Knowledge of invoicing systems
