Job Description

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Property Field Inspector / Maintenance Technician to visit residential properties throughout Maryland, provide our team with accurate property updates, and handle minor property-related tasks as needed. This is a field-based position that requires frequent driving between properties. The ideal candidate is reliable, hands-on, and able to complete simple tasks independently.
Responsibilities:
Visit residential properties throughout Maryland Take detailed photos and videos of property conditions and renovation progress Complete property condition and progress inspections Verify completed contractor work and identify incomplete or deficient items Identify visible issues and recommend appropriate next steps Provide clear and timely updates to the team Take measurements and document property details Install items such as new locks, lockboxes, gutter extenders, air filters, and other simple property items Complete minor cleaning and touch-up cleaning when needed Handle other miscellaneous property-related field tasks as needed
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail Dependable, responsive, and able to work independently Good problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to drive to properties throughout your assigned Maryland service area

Basic residential construction or maintenance knowledge
