We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Property Evaluation Specialist to conduct on-site property evaluations for residential homes. This role involves visiting seller properties, gathering information, taking photographs, and submitting findings to our Acquisitions Team for review. This is a field-based, independent contractor position paid on a per-property ("per run") basis. Responsibilities Travel to assigned residential properties within designated service areas. Meet with homeowners and represent the company professionally. Conduct basic exterior and interior property evaluations. Take clear, comprehensive photographs of the property, including key rooms, features, and any areas requiring attention. Collect relevant property information and notes. Complete and submit evaluation reports accurately and promptly. Upload photos and property details to the designated system. Communicate any significant findings or concerns to the Acquisitions Team. Requirements Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Smartphone capable of taking high-quality photos. Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Comfortable visiting residential properties and interacting with homeowners. Basic knowledge of residential real estate, construction, or property conditions is preferred but not required. Compensation Paid per completed property evaluation ("per run"). Flexible schedule with the ability to accept assignments based on availability. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field. Experience in real estate, home inspections, property preservation, construction, or related industries is a plus.
