Our work goes beyond basic cleaning. We provide professional turnover support designed to make properties clean, documented, and move-in ready. We are a growing local company and are currently looking for two dependable Property Turnover Technicians to become part of our core field team. What You'll Do Property Turnover Technicians may assist with: Cleaning vacant apartments, condos, and single-family homes Kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors, appliances, cabinets, and common areas Move-in/move-out cleaning and property preparation Light trash and debris removal Identifying and documenting property issues Taking clear before-and-after photos Completing simple property checklists Following job-specific work orders and TPTS quality standards Helping complete final walkthroughs before leaving a property Communicating any damage, maintenance concerns, or work outside the assigned scope What We're Looking For We are looking for people who are: Dependable — if you commit to a job, we expect you to show up Detail-oriented and able to recognize when something is not truly clean or move-in ready Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Able to follow instructions, checklists, and work orders Professional around clients and client properties Comfortable taking photos with a smartphone for job documentation Able to perform physical work including standing, bending, lifting, and cleaning for several hours Willing to learn the TPTS turnover process Previous professional cleaning, housekeeping, apartment turnover, maintenance, property management, construction cleanup, or similar experience is preferred but not required for the right person . Requirements Reliable transportation to properties throughout Greensboro and the surrounding Triad area Working smartphone Ability to reliably arrive at scheduled jobs on time Ability to lift approximately 30-40 lbs when necessary Valid driver's license preferred Schedule This is currently a part-time/on-call position based on client workload. There is no guaranteed 40-hour workweek at this stage. Some weeks may have multiple property assignments while others may have fewer. As TPTS grows and adds additional property management clients, dependable technicians who consistently perform quality work will be considered first for additional hours and increased responsibility.

Compensation Starting pay:

$18.00-$20.00/hour , depending on experience and demonstrated performance. We value reliability, quality, efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail. Strong performers will have opportunities to grow with the company as our property portfolio expands.
