Job Description

Open Appraiser Position Exciting opportunity for an Appraiser! We are looking for someone who can effectively discover, identify, locate, and inspect real property. The ideal candidate must have a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license, liability insurance, strong math skills, ethical conduct, keen attention to detail and good communication skills. Proficiency in computer data, Excel, Word, and Internet mobility required. Physical ability to walk, inspect and measure properties. The ability to work well in a team and with the public is essential, along with excellent time management and organizational skills. Prior secondary education is preferred. Completion of mandatory licensing courses and exams is a must. A background check will be conducted, and reliability and punctuality are crucial for unsupervised work. Experience in property tax is preferred, and salary will be commensurate with experience.
