Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Property Compliance Inspector to join our team in St. George, Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for performing thorough inspections of our properties, recording results with accuracy, and communicating clearly to our Property Management Team. The Property Compliance Inspector plays a vital role in upholding the quality and condition of our portfolio, helping ensure safe, well-maintained homes and a positive living environment for our residents. Your attention to detail and commitment to consistency will directly support both tenant satisfaction and the long-term value of each property. This position requires travel between properties throughout Washington County. Key Responsibilities Perform routine property inspections to identify cleanliness, damage, lease violations, and wear-and-tear Accurately document inspection findings within property management software Perform light cleaning touch-ups when necessary Organize and prioritize inspection schedules to ensure timely completion Provide support to the Property Management team as needed Communicate professionally in both written and verbal interactions Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately when needed Use computers and smartphones effectively and learn new software systems quickly Qualifications Basic knowledge of home maintenance tasks relevant to the role Experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively Ability to safely use ladders when required Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong navigation skills to travel efficiently between properties Valid driver's license and safe driving record Ability to work in environments where animals may be present Ability to frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs Schedule Monday
