Up to 50% during peak project periods Company Vehicle & Gas Card Provided We are seeking an experienced Right-of-Way Agent to support property acquisition and right-of-way activities for transportation and infrastructure projects throughout the DMV. Responsibilities Negotiate acquisition of right-of-way, easements, and temporary construction easements. Work directly with property owners and stakeholders in the field. Support condemnation and eminent-domain activities. Research property records, deeds, easements, title information, and legal documents. Conduct property inspections and resolve damage claims, encroachments, and acquisition issues. Coordinate with DOTs, municipalities, counties, government agencies, and project teams. Review surveys, plats, engineering plans, and legal descriptions. Maintain accurate acquisition records and manage multiple projects independently. Requirements 5+ years of Right-of-Way acquisition experience. Hands-on DOT experience is required. Direct experience with condemnation/eminent domain . Strong property-owner negotiation experience. Experience with easements, acquisitions, title research, and real estate documentation. Ability to work independently in a field-based environment. Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record. Willingness to travel throughout the DMV. Professional real estate license or ability to obtain one within 90 days. Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour
