In this role, you will lead cross-functional alignment on product composition, labeling, health claims, and ingredient qualification to ensure seamless US market entry and portfolio compliance.

Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, review, and substantiate Health Claims, Structure/Function claims, and ingredient qualifications (e.g., GRAS, NDI).Provide expert regulatory interpretation, guidance, and strategies to cross-functional business partners.

Partner with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Product Development to identify innovative product claim opportunities and support I&R concept reviews at every stage gate.

Advise on regulatory aspects of factory controls, testing protocols, product variances, and compliance criteria.

qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs, Life Sciences, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field.5+ years of regulatory affairs experience in food or dietary supplements.

Full expertise in US regulatory compliance (DSHEA, product composition, ingredient qualification, labeling, and Structure/Function claims).Proven ability to manage high-complexity projects and prioritize strategic workflows.

Preferred:
