Job Description
TopLine Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for outgoing individuals to join our Risk Management team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. A successful Risk Management Specialist will be able to do: Promotes TopLine Financial Credit Union Red Book member service culture, philosophy and values ensuring quality and teamwork in all areas by coaching and providing support in the department and throughout the organization. Reviews transaction monitoring alerts, utilizes knowledge and applies decision making skills to take appropriate action or appropriately assigns alerts. Investigate, document and maintain records. Investigates, tracks and monitors reports of fraud and identity theft as directed. Assists with preparation and maintenance of Suspicious Activity Reports and Currency Transaction Reports. Assists with compiling documentation for requests from 3rd parties including, but not limited to, subpoenas, search warrants, law enforcement requests as directed. Assists with compiling documentation for bond claims and insurance claims when necessary. Complies with all applicable credit union policies, procedures and government regulations including BSA. Perform other tasks as assigned or requested.
Salary Range:

Sound judgment and decision-making skills essential. A significant level of trust, credibility, diplomacy, integrity and professionalism is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and/or is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Problem solving. Ability to work with items of a highly sensitive and/or confidential nature. Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential. Ability to work with all levels of management and credit union staff as well as members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail oriented, accurate with good organizational skills essential. Personal Computer experience essential, preferably with Microsoft Office Suite software.Benefits
