We are actively seeking a Corporate Safety & Risk Specialist to support our operating divisions in ensuring workplace safety, health, environmental compliance, and risk reduction. This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about safety, compliance, and field engagement.
What You'll Do:
Partner with project managers to develop site-specific safety plans, especially for complex or high-risk projects. Conduct regular safety audits of job sites, shops, offices, and yards; document findings and follow up on corrective actions. Lead engaging safety training programs for internal teams across multiple locations. Support the development of safety campaigns, recognition programs, and awareness initiatives. Serve as a go-to safety resource and role model across the organization. Perform data entry and utilize safety management software platforms. Promote and reinforce CFE's core values of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What You Bring:
5+ years of experience in direct construction safety management. (roofing safety experience or significant experience in fall protection preferred) Minimum OSHA 510 or 500, CHST preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Understanding of risk management principles and hazard mitigation. Excellent communication both written and verbal skills. Must be proficient with various IT platforms. Willingness to travel. Must be able to walk over rough uneven terrain. Must be able to climb ladders and stair tower scaffolding and stand for long period of time in both hot and cold environments. Ability to meet physical requirements, including maintaining weight under 300 lbs for access/equipment safety standards. Why Join CFE, Inc.?
