Cloud Risk Analyst

Description This role supports the enterprise Recoverability and Resilience program with a focus on third- and fourth-party SaaS services. You will strengthen governance, transparency, and accountability across cloud-based services to reduce outages, limit business impact, and improve recovery outcomes. You will work closely with cloud teams, risk partners, and leadership to ensure SaaS services are resilient, well-governed, and aligned with enterprise risk expectations. Define and operate a SaaS resilience framework aligned to enterprise risk appetite. Embed resilience requirements into SaaS onboarding, approvals, and renewals. Ensure SaaS contracts address recovery needs (RTO, RPO, backups, failover, and data portability). Risk, Controls & Data Transparency Reduce technology and third-party risk related to SaaS and cloud consumption. Identify and document critical SaaS dependencies. Maintain the Single Process Inventory (SPI) for cloud and SaaS services. Ensure recoverability attributes (DR strategy, backup locations, regions) are complete and accurate. Define authoritative data elements, systems of record, and ownership. Monitoring, Reporting & Assurance Enable continuous monitoring, testing, and assurance of SaaS resilience. Deliver clear, actionable dashboards and reporting for CIO and senior leadership. Support remediation of control gaps and regulatory findings. Collaboration Partner with cloud engineering, risk, third-party management, and command center teams to drive outcomes across the enterprise.
