Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Market/Client Risk Management II to join our Depositary Receipts team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Focus is on routine and/or less complex corporate action events. May provide secondary support on transaction management of moderately complex transactions. Assists in preparing and/or reviewing required documentation and/or market shareholders notices. Escalates potential issues to more senior team members. Ensures BNY is compliant with applicable regulations and policies and procedures. Works under guidance of senior team members. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree preferably in finance or a related area, or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 0-3 years of total work experience preferred. Corporate Action experience preferred.
