Job Description
The Safety and Risk Manager performs comprehensive professional, technical, and administrative work in the management and leadership of safety and risk activities of the Town, limiting the Town's risk exposure and ensuring that employees are working as safely as possible. This person will operate in a player/coach capacity while supervising the Safety Specialist and serving as a town-wide strategic advisor to supervisors and managers. This position reports to the Human Resources Director with general guidance on policy and strategic priorities to ensure coordination of objectives.
