Full Job Description Director of Risk Management Duties:

Provide leadership and oversight for the organization's risk management program. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate clinical, operational, and regulatory risks. Review adverse events, incidents, claims, and patient-safety concerns. Lead root-cause analyses and support corrective action planning. Collaborate with nursing, medical staff, quality, compliance, legal, and executive leadership. Develop and maintain risk management policies, procedures, and reporting processes.

Qualifications:

Current New Mexico RN license or active multistate RN license•required Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing•required Strong knowledge of healthcare risk management, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Preferred Certification:

Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) certification preferred at time of hire CPHRM certification must be obtained within 3 years of employment

$57.00•72.00/
