The ideal candidate has hospitality related experience, technical expertise, and will possess knowledge of property, casualty, executive risk, workers compensation, and group health insurance programs, as well as experience with oversight of insurance broker relationships, TPAs, and management of liability claims with both administrative and field work experience. The goal for this position is to develop a prioritized assessment of risk and work to address, mitigate and better manage that risk according to the needs of the business. Strategically manage global risks and deliver immediate and long-term benefits to the Company with a proactive strategic approach that encompasses best practices for the Company. This position must demonstrate the ability to anticipate, mitigate, and manage overall Risk Management for our business. This position will work closely with the CFO to manage the company's risk financing activities, drive consistency in risk assessment/control processes, and focus on managing the Company's total cost of risk.
