Job Description Develop and implement physical security strategies and protocols to safeguard company assets and personnel. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards in the financial services sector. Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies for physical security threats. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance security measures. Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems and equipment. Lead investigations of security incidents and provide detailed reports. Manage and train the security team to maintain high standards of performance. Prepare and manage the budget for physical security operations.
