This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career investment banking professional looking to transition into private equity and gain hands-on exposure to acquisitions, financial modeling, and strategic investment decisions. What You'll Do Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and investment analyses Evaluate potential acquisitions and investment opportunities Support due diligence, transaction execution, and deal underwriting Prepare investment committee materials and presentations Analyze portfolio company performance and industry trends Work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field 1-2 years of investment banking experience Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills Oil & gas / energy exposure strongly preferred Driven, intellectually curious, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment
