To learn more about Client Services at ADP, watch here: https://adp.careers/Client_Services_Videos What you'll do: Responsibilities What you can expect on a typical day: File/original and late original tax returns timely in accordance with Agency, Region and Client requirements. Research client, agency and payroll center inquiries and respond in a timely, accurate and professional manner. Complete special projects as assigned by supervisor. Assist in training of new employees and procedures. Develops and updates current filing/research records and procedure. Telephone contact with internal and external areas. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE

Requirements Thorough knowledge of research and filing procedures and resources. Thorough knowledge of the automated tax system. Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Meets deadlines with accuracy. Organizational skills are a must. Good written and verbal communication skills. You can work overtime hours during peak seasons. High School Diploma Bonus points for these: Preferred Qualifications Multi-Jurisdiction filing experience Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions.
