Full Job Description Role Overview:

The Tax Senior Associate provides tax compliance and advisory services to pass-through entities, partnerships, and Asset Management clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with tax compliance and advisory for diverse clients. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver industry-specific solutions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships. Manage teams of tax professionals working on client projects. Deliver high-quality tax advice and ensure client satisfaction. Contribute to market activities and business development efforts.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of two years' experience in pass-through, partnership, or corporate tax within an accounting firm, corporation, or law firm. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and eligibility for CPA exam. Exceptional advisory, compliance, and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple engagements and coordinate with client service teams.
